Extracurricular activities
We in KidsVille believe that every child has a talent in some area of human knowledge. Participating in various activities during childhood is particularly important, so we also offer different extracurricular clubs.
Sing'n'learn
Children will have music lessons twice a week with Mrs. Petya Tosheva. She has studied to become a music teacher at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. The instruments she plays are accordion and piano. She has moved to the USA in 2004 and lived there for 15 yearsHer teaching philosophy is to provide students with knowledge and artistic opportunities for them to appreciate music, and to be able to express themselves through music. Both Karl Orff and Zoltan Kodaly have influenced her music philosophy. The Kodaly method is wonderful for developing strong musicianship skills. Orff’s creative movement, and the use of barred and percussion music instruments stimulates the creativity and keeps children actively engaged. By combining elements from both a teacher becomes more effective in creating an engaging and fun environment for the children.
Children will have sport lessons every Tuesday with Mr. Takeshy.
Active movement affects the physical, mental, neurological and emotional development of the child. It sparks a lifetime interest in physical activity in the child, gives it knowledge of its own body, confidence and self-esteem. Motion stimulates memory, vision, and prepares children for taking on challenges, while increasing their teamwork abilities.
Swimming
Swimming complex Spartak offers great opportunity for swimming lessons for our children.

There is a shallow lane and various accessories for swimming. Swimming instructors have graduated the National Sports Academy and experienced in teaching children and adults.

We believe that it is important to for children to participate in sports activity from an early age. Therefore, we pay special attention to the children by offering daily swimming classes.

Parents are kept informed about the children’s swimming skills, thanks to the Spark swimming program for teaching children.
Occasionally, we hold open lessons, during which children demonstrate their progress in swimming.

Arts and Crafts club
When kids engage in an art project, even from an early age, they explore size and shapes. Kids begin evaluating and comparing objects, strengthening early math skills. More importantly, drawing, painting, and other art activities help kids to develop spatial reasoning skills.
Taekwondo clubTaekwondo club
The purpose of taekwondo is to increase the physical abilities of children, to improve their mental discipline and emotional balance, to teach them self-protection and to develop a sense of responsibility to ourselves and to others. Suitable for children even at the youngest age.
All trainings are inside KidsVille’s gym.
